Wireless internet is available all throughout the hostel, and is free of charge.

Dormitory beds are equipped with a power outlet for charging devices (AC/USB), a coat hanger, towel hook, and mirror. Private rooms come with an in-unit bath, refrigerator, and electric kettle, in addition to other essential amenities. For additional details, please visit the “Amenities” page.

We are normally unable to reserve specific beds. For those with a strong preference, please consult with our front desk prior to check-in. We will try our best to accommodate, however please be aware this may not be possible in all cases. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes. Each dormitory bed is equipped with a lockbox (L 60cm x W 20 cm x H 40cm).

Both the double and twin private rooms have TVs with local and satellite channels. No TVs are available in the dormitory rooms.

Refrigerators are available in the double and twin private rooms.

There are hair dryers in both double and twin private rooms, and common-use hair dryers in the dormitory powder rooms.

Unfortunately, no baby beds or cribs are available.

Power outlets are equipped in both private rooms and in every dormitory bed. Also, please feel free to use the outlets available in the common areas and in Q Cafe.

Yes. Both private rooms and every dormitory bed is equipped with a USB power outlet. Also, please feel free to use the USB outlets in the common areas and in Q Cafe.

Both the double and twin private rooms have in-unit baths and toilets. The dormitory rooms are each equipped with common-use toilets, shower booths, and a powder room.

For cleaning services, please ask the front desk before 2:00pm that day.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from eating or drinking in the dormitories. You are welcome to bring outside food and drink into the hostel, however please use the common area on the 1st floor.

Although there are no doors, the entrance to each dormitory capsule bed is separated by a curtain, and each bed is equipped with a personal lockbox.

Since dormitory beds are partitioned by a curtain, outside noises can be heard. If this is a concern, the front desk can provide ear plugs free of charge. For the comfort of other guests, please be considerate of the noise level.

There is no printer available for guest use. If you require printing services, please consult with the front desk.

Smoking is prohibited inside the hostel. Please use the designated smoking area outside the entrance.

ACCESS

There is no parking available at the hostel. Please use the paid parking facilities nearby.

There is no bicycle parking space at the hostel. Please use the various bicycle parking areas nearby.

It takes about 30 minutes by train from Haneda Airport, and 45 minutes from Narita Airport. For details, please visit the “Access” page.

Unfortunately, there are no shuttles to the hostel. Please visit the “Access” page for information on the many public transportation options.

Yes, we can give you all the info you need about nearby shops, restaurants, and sightseeing spots. Please don’t hesitate to ask our staff, or to use the maps and guidebooks available in the basement common area.

Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toothbrushes, power outlets, and other amenities are available free of charge. Visit the “Amenities” page for additional info.

Yes, you can have your luggage delivered to the hostel. We accept luggage one day prior to check-in, though please note that we cannot handle refrigerated or frozen items, valuables, or accept COD shipments. While we cannot ship luggage from the hostel, we can happily direct you to nearby delivery services.

Yes. Please note that we can only ship COD, and domestically within Japan.

We’d be happy to look after your luggage prior to your check-in. Please inquire at the front desk. Unfortunately, we are not able to handle luggage after check-out. Coin lockers are available at the nearby stations.

Washer/dryer units are installed on each floor. Please pay at the front desk prior to use, and we will provide detergent. For more information, please ask the front desk.

While there is no store, we do have select goods available for purchase. For other items, please use the nearby convenience stores or retailers.

You can complete check-out by dropping the keycard given to you at check-in into the box at the front desk. No additional process is required.

COMMON-USE AMENITIES

Only the washer/dryers on each floor require a request at the front desk prior to use. All other amenities are available for use without a reservation.

Yes, common-use amenities are available 24 hours a day. However, please be considerate not to disturb other guests when using them at night.

Unfortunately, this no communal bath within the hostel. If you’ve booked one of the private rooms, feel free to use the in-unit bath. We are also happy to direct you to nearby public bath houses. Please ask the front desk for more info.

We invite you to try the food menu available at Q Cafe on the 1st floor. Also feel free to bring outside food into the hostel, however we ask that you refrain from eating in the dormitory rooms. Please use the common area on the 1st floor.

ACCOMMODATION

Our apologies, but we cannot accommodate guests under 15 years of age. Guests under 18 require the accompaniment or consent of a guardian.

Doors will be locked each night at 11:00pm, when the front desk and Q Cafe close. To enter after 11:00pm, please use the key number given to you by the front desk at check-in.

Non-guests are not allowed to enter the guest rooms. Please feel free to meet friends at Q Cafe on the 1st floor.

We accept early check-ins and late check-outs out for an additional fee, depending on room availability.
Please ask our staff for more info. Check-in is until 11:00pm. If you’re unable to make it in time, please contact us in advance. No-shows without prior contact will be treated as a cancellation.

Depending on time and availability, reservations can be made roughly three months in advance. We will announce when reservations are available on our website and social media.

For cleaning services, please ask the front desk before 2:00pm that day.

Unfortunately, we do not accept telephone reservations. Please book using the reservation screen on our website.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to accompany guests into the hostel. In the case of guide dogs or other service dogs, please contact us directly when planning your reservation.

Generally, female staff will be in charge of the women’s floor. However, male staff may need to enter in the following cases:

  • Scheduled cleaning times
  • For emergency guidance or site checks
  • Responding to a guest’s request for a site check, when necessary
  • In other unavoidable situations

Please be aware that due to security concerns and the number of personnel, not all our staff are female.
